The Canyon course is set on an old tine mine in a secluded valley and makes great use of the natural canyons and the undulating fast greens can be very difficult for the average golfer. The swirling winds make club selection difficult, and the strong Zosyia grass on the fairway restricts the rolling of the ball so it can play long at times and tougher than the par of 72. Not been in the greatest condition in recent times with management problems and needs a little bit of work to get back to its position as one of the best in Asia.
